ABOUT US
Homes Designed for Real Sydney Living.
P16 Building Group is a Penrith-based building company working with homeowners across Western Sydney. We specialise in home renovations, extensions, bathroom and kitchen transformations, granny flats, and custom new home builds.
Every project we take on is treated the same way - bespoke craftsmanship, honest communication, and a finish you'll be proud of. Whether you're in Emu Plains, Glenmore Park, South Penrith or further afield, we bring the same standard to every job.
Building your home should be exciting, not stressful. That's what we're here for.
Founder & Director
Lorem Name
P16 Building Group was founded on a simple idea: building or renovating your home should never feel like a gamble. After years of experience in residential construction across Western Sydney, [Founder Name] set out to create a building company homeowners could genuinely trust, one that communicates clearly, provides fair quotes and follows through on every promise.
Today, P16 Building Group brings that same level of care to every renovation, extension and new build across Penrith, Emu Plains, Glenmore Park and South Penrith. We treat every client’s home with the same attention, respect and care we would give to our own.
Our Core Values
We deliver every project with care and attention to detail, from structural work through to final finishes, ensuring a clean, polished result.
Honest Communication
No surprises, no runarounds. We keep things clear, consistent, and transparent so you always know where your project stands.
Considered Design & Function
Every space is designed to not only look great, but work seamlessly for everyday living - balancing layout, flow, and practicality.
Refined Execution
We know building or renovating can feel overwhelming — unclear timelines, hidden costs, and poor communication are far too common in the industry.
That’s not how we operate.
At P16 Building Group, we take a straightforward approach:
-
Clear communication from day one
-
Practical advice you can trust
-
Quality workmanship without shortcuts
We treat every project like it matters - because it does.
“The quality of workmanship exceeded our expectations. As a family planning our first new build, we wanted someone who understood the North Richmond landscape, and this team delivered perfectly while keeping us in the loop every step of the way.”
